Sarah started her career as a lawyer in 2015 at Nabarro & Hinge before joining Nabarro Béraud Avocats in 2020.
Sarah acts on a wide range of financing transactions, both on behalf of lenders (credit institutions, debt funds) and on behalf of sponsors and borrowers (SME and ETIs). She has a particular expertise in structured finance (acquisition and LBOs) including bank, bond, mezzanine and PIK financing. Sarah is regularly involved in bond financing in regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals.
Sarah graduated with a Master II in Mergers & Acquisitions (Université Paris-Saclay – 2014) and a Master II in Tax and Business Law (INSEEC – 2014).
