She assists borrowers, banks, sponsors and debt funds in various transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, syndicated and structured finance.
Marie gratuated with a Master II in Business Law specialising in Wine Law (Université Aix-Marseille III – 2014) and a Master in Conrtact Law (École HEAD – Hautes Etudes Appliquées du Droit – 2015).
