Jonathan has been a lawyer since 1988 and is a leading figure in banking and finance law in France. Throughout his career he has held leading positions as partner in charge of the banking/finance department or the acquisition finance team in several major international law firms, such as Ashurst, Allen & Overy and Weil Gotshal & Manges.
In 2008, he founded Nabarro & Hinge which quickly gained a reputation. In 2020, he co-founded Nabarro Béraud Avocats. Since the beginning of his career, he has been specialised in complex financing and is a pioneer in private equity in France. His expertise covers a wide range of sectors, including acquisition financing, project and asset finance, as well as syndicated loans. He also excels in debt restructuring, providing innovative and effective solutions for his clients.
Jonathan gratuated with a DESS in Business Law – DJCE (Université de Montpellier) and a PhD from Gonville & Caius College, University of Cambridge. He is also a solicitor of the Supreme Court (England & Wales), testifying to his international expertise.x
