Anthony assists debt funds, banks and borrowers as part of acquisition, corporate and infrastructure financing, as well as syndicated loans. He has developed an in-depth expertise as a legal advisor of debt funds on unitranche, mezzanine and PIK financing, as well as hybrid or strategic financing in the form of quasi-equity for companies or funds. He also assists clients with debt restructuring and is behind the development of the firm’s Renewable Energies practice.
In addition to his consulting activities, Anthony is a lecturer at the Université Catholique de Lille, sharing his expertise with future generations of lawyers.
Anthony graduated with a Master I in Business Law (Université Panthéon-Assas), a Master II in Tax Law (Université Jean Moulin – Lyon 3) and a Master II in Financial Law (Université Paris XI and ESCP Europe).
